LHS Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon Is a Hilarious Twist on Fairy Tales.

Every year, Livermore High School does three theatrical productions. This year, for the winter production, they are performing The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon.

The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon is a fun production combining all of the 209 fairy tales that the Grimm Brothers wrote into one show. The narrators also tell how all the tales fit together.

The show was very well prepared. There were, of course, a few technical difficulties with lights and sound, but most of the time they are unexpected and they knew how to fix them quickly.

The actors in the play put in a lot of work and effort into this production and it truly shows while watching the play.

The play was incredibly easy to follow and understand. The narrators would help narrate the show, but they also added many of their own jokes to the already funny parts to the scenes and fairy tales that we all know.

One thing in particular that I liked about the show is how the characters would ask the narrators what is going to happen in the story. The characters would sometimes think it would end like a Disney movie, but the narrators would tell them how the Brothers Grimm story ended.

The show was so funny that even the audience was constantly laughing at the jokes in the show. Overall the show was done well and it was very funny, if you have a chance to see it I would recommend it.
