The ushering in of Livermore High School’s second trimester began with a change to the distance learning daily schedule. Specifically, all class periods have been extended by eight minutes.
In an email to students and guardians on Nov. 20, LHS Principal Hellen Gladden wrote, “Based on feedback received from students, parents/guardians, and faculty, we are extending the minutes of our afternoon online instructional periods beginning in Trimester [Two].”
“Each period will be 53 minutes, rather than 45. We believe this extra time spent with teachers will be beneficial to students’ learning,” Gladden continued.LHS’s updated daily schedule can be found on the school’s website.
